Quinoa, chia and date bircher muesli with pepitas and blueberries
For a smooth, prepared breakfast delight
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: 2-4
1. Add the honey, apple and apple juice or coconut water to the porridge in a bowl
2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
3. Add the yoghurt and stir to combine
4. Spoon into bowls and top with the extra yoghurt, pepitas, blueberries and extra honey to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Adelia Fine Foods Quinoa, Chia & Date Porridge
- 2 tablespoon honey, plus extra to serve
- ½ apple, grated
- 1 cup (250ml) cold-pressed apple juice or coconut water
- 1 cup (280g) plain (natural) yoghurt, plus extra, to serve
- ¼ cup (35g) pepitas
- handful of blueberries, to serve
